Man City continued their great start to the season with another thrashing of Blackburn 4-0. This moves them to second spot in the EPL table behind Man U with goal difference of 1 separating the two Manchester clubs. Man City had goals from Adam Johnson, Ballotelli, Nasri and Savic.
Cheers!

I am glad that City has these convincing results only in the Premier League. I haven't seen the game, but there are not too many games which end with such a high difference, if there is no big gap between them.
On the other hand, City didn't seem to be a too strong team against Bayern. Of course, Bayern has more experience and more team spirit, and the players paid the price today for running so much against City, but still, it seemed to me that the quality of Bayern is a lot higher than the quality of City. The strange fact is that United seems a same quality team to Bayern and City is doing better than them in the home league.
What do you think? I am right with my observation?

I think your observation is spot on, i think Bayern are one of the most experienced teams going in Europe whenever a team faces Bayern in the champions league it is no easy test at all, Bayern have a great set of fans that are in numbers and since city are inexperienced in this contest they paid for it. I think Bayern have a lot to play for since the final is in Munich, they believe its their job to try their hardest to make the final because they will have the home advantage against any other team.

So this is not only me who sees these differences. I think Bayern is a real giant, and it is about time for them to win the major trophy of the European competitions. I hate it to see that other giants are not so consistent as Bayern, and they are still winning the Champions League more often than Bayern. This is the case of Milan or Liverpool, who are not doing big deal for a few years and then come and make a great season, winning the Champions League. I would like Bayern to play the final this season and win it, because I have had so many downfalls because of Bayern and the German national team especially, when they where so close to reach the trophy, but couldn't fulfill the dream.

@Rap, I agree with you that Bayern is definitely one of the powerhouses of Europe. They have been a bit down over the past few years, but they are definitely one of the big clubs. Coming back to Man City, I do not think they are performing better than United in the EPL. United have had a bad week or so, but still have emerged with a win an draw from it. Both teams are currently tied at the top in terms of number of points, but United is ahead by 1 goal in the goal difference.
Cheers!

Robinson play good in first half and help his team draw 0-0 with city
but in second half, the pressure from city can`t be stopped and City give 4 goals and beat blackburn...
we see no tevez in starting eleven and even in the bench..
but aguerro must leave the game before ending and make worry for Mancini because aguerro get injured...
this is good for city after defeat 2-0 from Munchen in champions league

Yes, it is because of the defeat against Munich in the midweek that this victory was huge for Man City. Of course, Tevez was not on the bench as he was suspended for 2 weeks by Mancini. Also, Dzenko was relegated to the bench for his anger at substitution in the match against Munich. So Ballotelli started in the starting XI.
Cheers!

I think Manchester city will be looking forward to this season but Sergio Aguero is injured at the moment but could be fit after the international break, i think city will edge pass United this season, Vidic seems to be getting injury prone and United have played poor against Basel and Norwich.

I think the significance of yesterday's win for Man City was due to the midweek issues. Tevez was suspended for 2 weeks and Dzenko was relegated to the bench as a disciplinary action. But that tells of the riches of Man City reserves to have a striker of the quality of Ballotelli to replace these!!
Cheers!
