Asha Atieno Ogutu, 24 years of age was arrested in MCIA in Philippines for carrying 3-kilos of drugs on September 29, 2011.The illegal drugs was detected by the operatives who used K9 dogs who sniff the passengers luggages to ensure if no one was carrying illegal drugs.Unluckily for Ogutu,her luggages was found out to have drugs inside. The thing is,how come Ogutu passed through the scanner in Qatar's International Airport which she had made her departure.Is the security system in the Airport not reliable?
