What is the Constitutional basis for Obama's war in Yemen?

With the successful targeting and killing of Awlaki making headlines, Obama's war in Yemen is now well known. Like Libya, Obama has never approached Congress for the Constitutionally required declaration of war. Some of us asked this question before these headlines broke, but now it's appropriate to bring it up again. Obama supporters, especially those who gave Bush such a hard time about Iraq and Afghanistan... How do you justify Obama's new wars?

LOL, these wars are for some reason getting very little to no coverage from our left-leaning Canadian news! Unlike Bush's wars, of course. I lean a little left myself, but, dam mit, I like my news coverage to be objective and simply state the facts so I can make my own judgements (I'm dreaming, I know. Every media outlet has a slant!) I am not a fan of war except in self-defense. I don't like the idea of a President "sneaking" into wars.
