be a good listener in group discussions .

group discussions are now the part of many companies recruitment process, so it becomes important for us to be good in group discussions and being a good listener is an important part of it, it enables us to carefully listen others ideas and modify them to make ours...what say guys??

This is exactly my POV. Even if I do not know anything about what is being talked about, I can add my "Mirch-masala" to it to make it my own.

I agree with you. Group discussions are about group dynamics. Discussions are just a way to enhance productivity. All discussions are not personal or about winning a deal. Hence one must use the discussion effectively to reach the management goal. http://www.corporatetraining.co.in/

to be good at group discussion we should listen properly what others are speaking to ,and what is the main topic of the group discussion,should se how much knowledge we have in the discussion we are making or doing.The management does see for the people who are having good knowledge on the topics they give.So we shaould have very good information about things around us and day to day issues.
