we are all jealous of someone or the other in our lives. it could be because of so many reasons. It all depends on when someone is jealous of you, you should know the reason for it. professionally , personally and so on. I feel jealousy is an emotion which shows ones insecurity or a inferior complex. If you let the person go on with the jealousy then long term yes it could be a problem. But if can stop it why not. Get to know the reason, work on it. Suppose someone is jealous of your beauty.... then nothing can be done. But yes maybe u cud work on it. Try to be friends with the person and encourage them and show them that beauty isnt everything there are other ways of person being beautiful. Basically one should life the other persons spirit. and make them feel wanted. Coz the disruptive nature is not only harming you, the other person but there could me more involved like your friends who would be favouring you. basically jealousy wud make the other person feel that the others are their enemies. So jealousy makes a person lose touch with reality and also the line between right and wrong.

Yes, they are disruptive in all sense but, taking them seriously only makes your head ache. The best way is to go on with your life and they will stop what they are doing to you.
