In the end of these days, I feel that I am longer needed by the company where I am working. The reason that the company does not need anymore, because it is often that the leader says to me that I can go back to my early work meanwhile, i really enjoyed working now in that company.Incidentally, I am the representative of another company for both companies, since those companies had agreements. So I was trusted to control the finances in the second company. I was seen good and he raised me to be employee on the spot finance. Respect to the passage of time, the relationship between the two company do not improve for various reasons. I do not know exactly what caused the rift between the two companies. Unfortunately, the leader of the company did not like me anymore and he often told me could work back to the original company. I just feel this unfair and unwise.

It is the company rights to terminate worker, there is nothing much an employee can do unless there is a work contract between an employee and the company you work for specifically stated the length of employment and possible ground for termination of service, then your boss can't just fire you because you work in another company which is a rival in business. It is a fair and square game in business employment world, you don't have much of a rights in the face of corporation control over your employment and influence over our society, unless you have an employment contract that can sue for compensation whenever your rights is violated. If not, whenever you are not needed and your shelf life is expired, corporation will have no reason to keep you inside the office and treat you as a valuable commodity anymore. Welcome to our present corporation control world.

He did not tell me to stop, he just did not seem sincere to me. Indeed, the relationship between the two companies is not good. Is it because the situation became an indication that he was not happy with me or he did not need me. I did not feel appreciated and I did not ever asked him to hire in his company. Well, I understood your explanation and thought of quit as the best way before fired.

I understand your feeling of unappreciated by your boss after working hard for him and the corporation many years. It is quite common in present corporate world. One thing you need to understand, corporation don't hire workers to make them feel appreciated by the boss, they are hired with the purpose to work and perform tasks for the company, so that big profit can be generated for the shareholders and owners at the end of the year. I believe that so long as you are paid accordingly for the work you had done for him in the past, he really doesn't think he need to show any appreciation on you anymore once he found out that you also worked for his business rival, quitting is probably good for you instead of continue to hang around that company.

I also feel that the company I am working for no longer needs me. There are several things that made me think that way. Like how other bosses talk to me, how they look at me like I'm not doing something. I tried to find another job because I felt so insecure staying here. But when I was asking my boss for permission to go, he did not approved. He said to stay in the company, and work there longer. That was when I realized that as long as my boss still wants me to work for him, then I don't have to worry for anything. I don't care anymore what the other bosses are thinking. :)
