My Triond Account Is Gone Where Did It go?

I am kind of in a panic because my triond account is gone. Where could it have went? I have never done anything wrong the website did have problems but my friend signed in and tried to search me and when she did it took her back to her own profile. Can anyone please help me.

I am also a member of Triond. But not anymore. My accounts banned by Triond. Case such as you. I can not log in, and my friend could not see my profile, or my article. I contacted the admin, and admin saying that my account was deleted. I am very sad, but I can not do anything about it.

Admin sends email to me, that my article is similar to another article. Even the admin, send the article link. In fact, I can see, the article is very different, there is only information that is almost the same. I see, there are many members Triond, which copy and paste articles, but they are not banned. I do not copy and paste, I'm just quoting from one book. I just quote a few sentences. But, it turns out it was a mistake.

None of mine have ever been copy or pasted but I have seen some that are definitely on here. All mine all very original as you would be able to see if you ever read one of mine. I make sure my articles are quite unique.

I am so very sorry that you have been banned. I hope that I am not I have put so much work into this site. I mean a lot. That is sad when you try so hard to make money and you think you are doing well then you are banned. Did they send you an email? Did they give you a reason for being banned? I am sad also at the thought of being banned. If I am banned I can not doing anything either but be sad.

I have not had this type of issue but can suggest the following:
1. Check your email that you used to sign up with Triond. There maybe an email from them if they for some reason deleted your account.
2. If you have not seen an email then I would suggest you sign up to their help center. This is where the Admins help and assist with support tickets.

Sign up there and go to the I have a problem section and ask as to why you can't open your account. Make sure you list your pen-name so that they can research it and send you an email as to what has happened if anything. Then pay close attention to your email, including your spam folder, as they will get back to you as to what might have happened and or help in fixing the issue.
I have used the help center several times and have been assisted in a timely manner by the admins.

Thanks hardworkinggurl for responding to me. I did check my email and there is nothing there from them at all. Since my account was not working I requested a password recover and I do have the password right. I knew I did but I just wanted to double check. When I search my articles they are still up so you would think if they banned me that my articles would be gone right? I am waiting for a response right now in the help center. I so hope my account is ok I have put so much time and work into this and I am very upset about it. Appreciate all your help. Thank you

Oh yes if your articles are still up then there is an issue and not being that you are banned. Yes they would no longer be on the site if this was the case.
I do hope you get this straightened out and Thank you for the BR!

Thanks hardworkinggurl yes I have checked and my articles are definitely still on the web. I am so upset by this I have so many articles there and have so much work invested that I hope it is just a glitch somehow. I am waiting for a response from customer service. I do feel a little better hearing what you said about the articles still being there is good news. Thanks for you help. Your welcome BR.
