Did you move up in pant size after having your first baby? After having my daughter 8 months ago I did have to move up in pant size but not by much. I still look the same as I did before my daughter but I don't really fit in a size 4 in junior and I'm too small for a size 6 in juniors so I'm that odd size where I'm 5. So almost all of my jeans I had to give away to good way at least the ones that didn't have wholes every where on them. So when I shopping for pants I have to find that magical size 4 pants that isn't too tight on my legs and I can get up over my hips and that magical size 6 that isn't too baggy on me and swallow me whole.

Yes, I did move up a size after having my first baby. I got back to my normal weight quickly after that and soon went back to my normal clothing size. The same could be said when I had my second baby. Though after my third baby was born I was very poorly. I had a severe blood loss and it took me much time to recover. I had found it so hard to get back to my usual clothes size. Now I am on a diet to try to do that. I always have had big hips.

Any time you have a baby your hips get a bit wider. I can still wear my old jeans some are too small for me where they are tight.

Unfortunately I gain 70 yes SEVENTY pounds with my preganncy. I didn't start dieting until my baby was a year, then lost it all and returned to my pre-pregnancy size :)

I think I only gained about 15 or 20lbs with my daughter. I lost all of it with in the first couple days after she was born. Really all of me was just swelling and blood, and baby. So I was lucky I could just come home and wear all my old jeans for the most part. I'll always be a little bit bigger now since my hips have been wide by a baby coming out of me.
