Attendance requirements in Colleges???

Hi friends do we require attendance requirements in universities and colleges i think so univ ask for about 75% which is draconanian... so lets discuss and find out what we should have and what not???

we should tell our friends to say our attendence and not atend the class by ourself this is a very good thing ;)
