It was announced that Steve Jobs has died, do you think the popularity of apple mac will still remain forever especially the ipad? Or you think some innovative and competitive technology creation will rise soon that his inventions could be fade out that people will no longer use the apple mac because they found something better. What is your assurance that their marketing strategy will still remain?

Apple Macs and the rest of the Apple products will be around for some time. Unless it stops innovating and a better competitor steps in, it will continue to enjoy its edge over the rest of the products.
One major aspect that technology companies need to maintain is its consistency to introduce innovation in its products. R&D needs to be its top priority. And when it has come up with a really new product that stands out among the rest, marketing then needs to step up. Because at the end of the day, it is profit that counts. Of what use are the products developed by your brilliant engineers if you are not persuasive and aggressive enough to sell it?

I agree with that. Co founders should not stop innovating because if they do then the competitors will rise. No wonder if Android will become better someday if that is the case. But who knows if they can still be able to maintain it.

Android is now slowly holding a portion of the mobile phone market. Since it is an open-source software, most developers who might want to save on costs can just use this instead of using other OSes that require them to pay for some fees.

Jobs found Apple. He was resigning from Apple for a while, and then back again to make a really GREAT improvement and innovation.
Surely, Jobs' contribution to Apple is really great and beyond words..
But, before resigning as CEO, he already entrusted that position to person that he trust. A person that have Jobs' trust, I think he's not an usual person. I believe he will try his best to innovate more.
Apple without Steve Jobs, wouldn't be same as before. But Apple isn't only about Jobs. I think they will manage to keep the business, with the spirit that Jobs gave, of course..

I just hope that Job's co founder are also great as him because if not then for sure their competitors will rise more and more until they will be number 1.

I don't think the popularity will go down. He had already resigned a while ago. But Steve Jobs is not the only one behind Apple's products, it takes a team and many still remain on that team. I'm sure Apple will still be successful.

You have the point there because just like Walt Disney it didn't went down and until now Mickey Mouse is alive and there are Walt Disney amusement parks in other countries. So for sure even Steve jobs is gone his legacy will still remain.
