It basically says if you want to achieve success in your life, you have to work hard, be devoted and prepare. Also don't give up when you face failure, learn from it and try again.

I think the secret to success when it really boils down to everything is not really being afraid of failure for any reason whatsoever. People are not going to be afraid of failure are going to succeed because they embrace the failures. They learn from the lessons and they apply them to any future attempts. They keep fine tuning the process until they get their success. The truth measure of a person is not how much they succeed. Rather how much they bounce back from failure. It is the easiest thing in the world to give up. In fact, it is more easy than you will ever believe. Regardless of how much you fail, you got to keep trucking, you got to keep moving forward, and eventually things will work out for the better in the end.

To go for what you want, not to mind about all the obstacles/problems just keep your goal in the picture and are willing to make sacrifices for that. Also the most succesful people are not the most social people. They help out theirselves first. If you are always busy with others you have no time/energy left over to reach for what you want.

Success is success for every body man or woman. success need from everyone to love his or her life performance, manage amd plan the work, loyality for the place of the work and the commetment for any life work. So after all of that anyone should pray and ask God for success.

I think there are four factor that are always present in every successful man and woman. Determination, courage, dedication and commitment to do good for humanity. If all of these are present then success is not impossible. Only few have successfully instilled these four factors in their life and the world is grateful and respectful of these few men and women!
