like where do I have here emot...???

I am very upset can not use emot, suppose to give jempul, smile etc. there who are willing to provide info, Thx ALOT

I think you can only get to use "myLot code" or emoticons after posting a number posts. I think the initial post you need to have is 200 or 201. Anyone can correct me if I got it wrong

You are correct. He must have an user rating of (200) to use emoticons and an user rating of (500) to be authorized to copy/paste.
