Catchy Billboards

I just saw on television an item regarding a local rugby player who's doing pictorials. He was one of those whose picture in billboards became controversial. 
So controversial that it was taken down. In my case, there are times when my attention would be caught by a billboard. But generally, I just ignore it. There was one though that used to be right in front of the rooftop of the building where I used to stay. It was like hanging out with the actor in it. How about you? On what grounds should billboards be taken down? Has any billboard ever caught your attention? What is your favorite one?
