most of the people didn't try to understand individually.you just observe yourself then you can findout it's simply

truly it is.we can't understand us well,and we can't truly control ourselves sometimes.but can you tell me how and what can i do to have a better understand of myself?it would be better if you can tell me how to control myself.big thanks.
