I recently watched Godfather... you know the Mafia film of Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, etc.
I liked it. I think that film would be listed in my top ten of my favorite movies of all time.
The series of events that made Al Pacino the next Godfather is really interesting. I've read that there were scenes the director didn't showed in the film. Bummer. Why wouldn't they do that? It would have been great in the movie.
There were also one-liners that kick *ss. Such is when Mike (Al Pacino) went to Moe Green's hotel and asked him how much Moe will sell the hotels and the casino business to the Corleone family, and Fredo (Mike's elder brother) interfered for Moe, where Mike said: "Fredo, you're my older brother and I love you. But don't ever take sides with anyone against the family again. Ever."

haha what a coincidence! i saw the preview the other day on a mall, on a store that sells LCD and LED screens (i alreadt forget) so i searched for the movie online and downloaded it (yeah yeah piracy) and well the story is great about a dumb mafia, that movie really is fun to watch and funny.

maybe VINEY...downloaded the wrong movie..or talking about some other movies..or he is mistaken which Godfather we are talking about here...

the most famous line from the godfather movie is "make him an offer he cant refuse"
yeah..most people already listed Godfather..if not the entire trilogy as their favorite movie of all time.. I myself listed MATRIX as my fav movie ever..but as for mob movie..i still think Godfather is the best..
are u new with godfather? dont forget to see part 2 and 3 too...not as good ..but good enough... Godfather 1 won best picture oscar..and Godfather 2..is the only movie in the world where..the sequels also won Best picture at the oscar awards..

I have seen this movie some years ago, a very interesting and impressive story. Marlon Brando has been one of my favorite actors, and he has done very well in every movie he acted. Of course, credit also has to go to the Directors who made the movies.

I've watched Godfather about 3 or 4 times, but long ago I saw the last time. Marlon Brando and Al Pacino are the best actors from all serie. And for sure this movie is in my top five movies of all time.
I really like the beggining of the first movie, when Don Corleone (Brando) talks with a guy who wants his helps. I don't remember the exactly words, but it is a very good scene, mainly because the performance from Marlon Brando. All the story is very good. Happy mylotting.
