Good salary vs. Good co-workers

which would you choose a company with good co-workers and managers who became your friends, but low in salary over a company that pays well but, you dont know yet who will be your co-workers and boss? please give me a good idea so that I may choose a right decision...thanks!!!

Depends what motivates you
If you want goof earnings over everything else then go for the high salary but if you want to have an enjoyable enviroment then go for that
Remember you will be at work for 8 or more hours a day - do you want to be unhappy for that much of the day ?
