music piracy

Well where I am from, there are no rules with this issue. I can easily obtain music for free but I heard it is illegal to do. If there are no laws pertaining to this matter am I wrong?

it depends on two aspects,the first one is legal constraction of your country,the part two is the moral consciousness of the citizen.both of them are important to aviod music piracy
