Travelling is one of my passion. Are you a frequent traveler? What are the places that you've been to? Are your travels all documented?

I would love to travel both locally and internationally but I haven't done that yet. I've been to Boracay and Pangasinan and other places in Batangas but I haven't been out of the country yet because I don't have the travel documents yet. How about you, where have you been lately?

I have a compilation video of my travels if you have free time you could watch it on youtube. Search "i choose philippines! tara biyahe tayo"... im not sure if we are allowed to post url here. thanks!

Wow! You almost went to every island in Visayas. That was our previous plan. Better if we could start from Boracay Iloilo (Aklan) Bacolod Cebu Bohol Camiguin Siquijor Leyet/Samar. Not sure though if this is possible and how may days you need to finish all of these. :)

I always enjoy to travel. Every month I travel to different places. I love seeing the beauty of nature and knowing other people and places. I also enjoy going to places that are not frequented by people because you can see the pristine and natural beauty of God's creation.Whenever i go to a certain place, I can't help but make a short story about my experience. Aside from the photos, I also try to reflect on the things I see and how have they been influenced, developed, modified and destroyed by people. There is always that sense of inter-connectedness that is awaken in me.When I travel I love to try different forms of transportation, from plane, boat, sip , taxi, jeepney, tricycle, etc. all these I enjoy to ride. I think it's just part of the adventure that makes travelling enjoyable.:-)

i always document all places ive been. i thinki tried all types of transportation. I have funny experience in bislig surigao del sur during my visit to tinuy-an falls. i was with my friends riding on a skylab (single motor with so-called wings) and we were about to out balance. my friend on the wing jump other and we totally get unbalanced and all of the remaining passengers fell off including the driver and we got bruises but still the fun continues. hahahaha... i still laugh everytime i remembers that moment...

If in surigao its called bislig, in this part of mindanao its called habal-habal.:-). Our group had agreed to visit one of the mountainous barangay in malaybalay. we have to ride the habal-habal for 2 1/2 hours with all the bags at the sides and 5 persons riding in a single motorcycle like sardines and garbed like ninja turtles because of the trip is dusty and yet cool. There was so much fun. everybody were laughing as we try to look at each other in those attire.Thank god we did not fall in the 'shoot dili' bridge. It was the other motorcycle of the group who fell down. Its good that they did not fall off the bridge. Mintapod is just the other side of Gingoog. So the place was very cold in the evening. We were like sleeping in the refrigerator because there was no heating system. We could hardly sleep actually but as we recall the experience, we will just recall it with laughter and joy.:-) That's the thrill in travelling.

This is something I vowed to do before travelling to other countries----I'd like to go around the Philippines first. So far, I've been to Bohol, Coron in Palawan, Tagaytay, and Boracay. My next goal is Baguio. I've been reading a lot of travel blogs and I want to start one myself. There's so much to see in the Philippines!

Traveling is my top hobby and I have traveled to more than fifty different countries. I wrote a book of my trip around the world which was a trip of just over one year. I wrote it by hand and it is on my book shelf. I have taken photos on each of my travels to different countries. I traveled to Colombia this year, to Canada last year and to South Africa the year before last. My favorite countries that I have traveled to are Samoa, Australia, New Zealand, Belize and the Seychelles.

Documented? As in videotaped and such? I've been to Zamboanga (I lived there), Metro Manila, Subic, Baguio, Davao, Cebu, Pagadian, Dipolog, Basilan and recently to Pangasinan. But sad to say, I've never had them documented. Maybe just some pictures. I haven't even written about my experiences there. Most of my trips were school-oriented. Some were for visiting someone. I never had a trip that was purely for pleasure. I have been to Laguna though, to visit Enchanted Kingdom, but I could hardly call that pleasure since I'm so scared of almost all the rides, I think I'll get a heart attack any minute.

No, I'm not a mestiza. What sad stories have you heard about Basilan? You mean, the terrorists? I have pictures of my travels but I've never really arranged them. I'll try to see your videos on youtube. You must be really passionate about Philippines then.

I love Zamboanga. Ive been there for 3 times already. People there are mestizos and mestizas. I think you are one. I have relatives there. Ive been to Basilan too. Its a nice island but there are sad stories about it, you know. My hometown is Davao City but Im in Cebu now for work. I graduated in Lanao del Norte. Sad to say, I've never been to Baguio, and Laguna and the rest of northern Luzon. Taking pictures is one way of documentation and video taping is another one. My goal is to portray Tara biyahe tayo song thats why I video taped my travels. If you have free time, just try to browse my video on youtube. Entitled "I Choose Philippines! Tara Biyahe Tayo!" you'll see the places ive been to... thanks!

I usually take some time, maybe twice a year to travel around the country. I usually do it together with my girlfriend during holy week and our anniversary. We already went to Tagaytay, Laguna, Subic, Baguio, Bacolod, Cebu, Bohol and Panglao. It's really nice to go to these places specially with your love ones. Next year, I'm planning to Boracay or Palawan perhaps but needs some planning due to the lack of budget. :) For the documentation, we only have our pictures of course and some videos. We just upload it on our Facebook account. Unfortunately I don't have a blog or something to share it in public in a more organize/informative way.

I am not really a passionate traveler. But I do like traveling. It gives me new insights in life and experiences. In my previous years, I am really a homebody. I seldom get out of the house. But now, I realized that I am missing a lot with just limiting myself with the corners of the house so I decided to work out and travel at times. Most places I have been in the Philippines are the beaches and natural vacation places. The activities in those places were the most memorable things. Some of my travels were documented while some are not. I'm really not after the documentation. I am just after the experience of traveling.

you are right... there are many things that you will learn while traveling... especially when you travel along. you will also be able to appreciate even the simplest things in this world.

The truth is I am afraid to travel very far, that's why I prefer to be here in my place. The issue is the security! If only it was really tight here then I'll go anywhere here

yes, thats true. security is very important in traveling but you know what, your misconceptions of the place would be change if you will be able to see and experience in real life. coz, before, i was also afriad to travel alone.

in my case we not frequently travel anywhere because of the work and schooling were all busy, only in long holidays we can travel and yes we documented all the places that we traveled before, all the pictures, videos, were all documented the happy moments and memories. We've been to Baguio, tagaytay, and many resorts and beaches in the Philippines.
