Credit grabber at the office

I never had to work with any one, like this on any job that I had, because if I did I would let the boss know, that I was the one the did all the work, and the other person sat back and did nothing.

I haven't experienced such but that was very usual to companies. I am the only one in my department so I don't have any competitor. But if that happens to me, I would be very disappointed. One of my co-worker which is also a very good friend of mine experienced it many times and it triggers her resignation with the company.

I do know someone like that who I work with, and she is always the first one to do things and get away with something even if she is slacking. Personally it drives me nuts. And many times it could be things I am doing wrong that I see others continue to get away with and it makes me wonder for sure. Why when someone else is getting away with something, are they the first ones to complain, and point it out, but if they are doing it that is OK?

This is so very true. I used to be a constant victim of this thing when i used to work for various companies yet. There are also others who will work at damaging your reputation if you are too good for them to come at par with you. Living life honestly is no easy thing to do. Always, you will come across people who are not even worth calling human beings. Worse are those who bid your help. Then after having helped them, they will complain to the higher ups of you being negligent in your job. I have had officemates who do this type of thing, too. In life, there will always be so very many disheartening things that happen. We will have to be strong enough to be able to face them and deal with them all squarely. My latest disheartening took in the form of one commenting badly on a way things are carried out in our community then towards the end said, the comment came from me...i told her about it myself.

People who are really so ambitious would do that in order to climb the ladder of corporate success. They take credit of what's not their own doing. Though, i think they are not happy at all when they are already on the top. That's because they knos that the people in the office knows that they did it not on their own doing but because of others they have stolen credit for.
