How do you cope with SCHOOL STRESS?

Sometimes school can be SO stressful, it's hard to imagine! How do you guys stay sane with all the stress accumulated from school? So much homework, so much stuff I have to remember, it's driving me nuts! [Any suggestions are more than welcome.]

hi horneddemon i can cope on my stress on the school by going out with my friend and also going out with my boyfriend having fun and going to malls road trip , going out to the dogs and specially having a sound trip on my i phone and on the computer

I'm glad that I'm done with school right now. But when I was going, there were times where it really got to me. I think that it was rather bad for me as I wanted to do well. So therefore, any time where I was struggling, it was really going to bother me a lot of the time to say the least. That did really take cause me far more stress than it should have. So yes it drove me nuts a lot of the time as well. There is going to be a time where I am going to really stand back and take a deep breath. Just take things slowly. One bit at a time. Do everything to the best of your abilities. Take short breaks in between but don't get too relaxed. There are going to be times where school is going to be an extremely stressful thing but we cannot let it get to us.

I use to step back or go to a quiet place at school and just sit down and take some deep breaths to clear my head and relax. Deep breathing is when you inhale as much air into your lungs from your nose as you can, hold it for a moment and slowly release it out of your mouth. Try doing it ten times. It's calming and also it expands your lungs and gives you oxigen! Try it! It might be very helpful to you.

i play a lot in home and even if it just an hour i play with my drums with that i can release my pent up stress. Talk about things with my friends through chatting or texting. Any recreational activities you can think of just to forget about school even for an hour.

I get rid of stress by long hot showers, having fun, spending time with my friends, and going out. I'm a college student so its stressful for time to time but keep a clear head. Spend some on the books and some time with your buddies. Time management so you can have more time for fun things.School should not be so stressful, it should be fun too.
