Help what exactly salad contains???

Hai mylotters...
I came to know that salad is very healthy diet and reduces constipation problem. But what exactly does the salad contains... And also i want to know different types and tasty recepies of salad..Please help me regarding. Thank you in advance.

Well, that's just one of the many health benefits of salads. Obviously, any health benefits are much greater the higher percentage of it (& only it!) one eats as part of their total diet. For me, salads are 100% raw & contain no animal products.
I'm not recommending recipes as they all seem to follow a similar principle of using whatever vegetables, marinade them thoroughly for some time & mix it all together. The best way is to use whatever you have on hand in a balanced manner, aiming for all of the food groups to be represented, such as, for a raw vegan salad, sprouted grains, sprouted legumes, sprouted & soaked seeds, soaked nuts, herbs & spices, fruit & vegetables. I usually soak the vegetables, once cut up, in a mixture of salt, oil & grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed for some time, then rinsing thoroughly & mixing it all together.

You can make good salads with any kind of vegetable that you like. I use a lot mixed sdalads because I like colour there. When I have constipation problems I add corn kernels to the salad. They taste awesome and add a nice yellow color to the whole. Dressings for me are usually a vinagraitte, but sometimes I add some extra spices such as dry oregano.

Salads depends on the dressing you would like it to have, as well as the ingredients you would like it to have.
Actually, the healthiest salads are those that are composed of vegetables that could be eaten raw , like lettuce, carrots, slices of bell peppers, and other veggies you would like to include. To maximize its being healthy, simply use the vinnaigrete dressing.
You can look for the recipes in the net. Simply type different kinds of salads. Good luck!

I love salad, and I love eating them in the evening. For me, I put lettuce, beetroot, corn, cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumber, and then i will choose a good dressing. I change the dressing in every salad I make so I won't get tired of eating it everyday.
