The Quiet Place

Hi edss! I think during night, when most of the activities come to a half, once could feel the peace. You could go to a forest or a hill top, where there is no disturbance and could have a dialogue with the Great God. If I plan to go to a hill top, you could accompany me.

Do you wanna accompany me? That is if you can climb on a tree , because that is my quiet place.

You can be in a quiet place in your spirit and you can talk to God face to face, just the two of you. I'm sure He would be happy to do that. I go there often and He's always glad to see me.

Hi friend, the desire to be alone or rather, to be on your own, isn't new... It comes to each one of us from time to time. At such times, just give yourself what you want. Go away from friends and company and spend an hour meditating. Think of yourself, your life and everything. my lady, Being alone inside my room is enough to give me peace and silent place. I will play a music,something instrumental in a low volume and close my eyes. Feel and listen to my heartbeat and wander to places I want to be with. Yes, I do it sometimes when I am sad. I talk with GOD silently with eyes closed as if HE is there right in front of me. I remember during my younger days, I want to be alone in a beach and listen to the waves and watched the stars while lying on the sand. I find peace and serenity in such a place. Nice dream indeed. I would go to the Swiss alps and visit the places Maria and her gang- sound of music film-( I don't know if today's kids know or have heard about this film) went. It seems to me God resides there.

Hi edsss!! Yeah, there are just those times when I want to be in a quiet place to think and to be at peace. Sometimes I just can't think the noise, all the talking and all. Actually, here at the office, it's quiet most of the time because I'm usually alone. My boss is always somewhere out there so I get to have the office for myself. I can work at my own pace when he's not here and I can think better.

Your quiet place sounds amazing, and I wish that I was able to experience a place just like it. Instead, my dreams are mainly filled full of the things which are stressful to me, so I don't enjoy my dreams as much as I might have done when I was a child. If I had the choice, I would love to go to a quiet place where there was nobody else to interrupt my thoughts. This would give me the time that I need desperately to think about exactly what I want from life, and also to think about how I'm going to get the things that I want.

i think when i have my quiet time i am in a quiet place. sometimes it is inside the comfort room. aside from comforting myself of dislodging the bowels, the CR is the most quiet place for me to talk to God, as in talk in a loud voice. i am not talking about public CRs though.

You and I are totally opposites! The places I always think about being at are the mall, restaurants, the beach, etc. I'm a nervous person, so quiet places sometimes make me feel uneasy. I just feel lonely in them. So when I dream or envision my favorite place to be, it's always surrounded by many people! I think it has to do with me being an only child. I grew up in a house that was always quiet, so I like to be around people as much as possible.

For me quiet place is my home, where you can feel the pleasure and sense the silence where you can concentrate on the things you like..

I like to go outside at night and walk around the forest. I live in the country and have alot of quiet time to enjoy. I need it because I have three kids that can get on my nerves.

being in a quiet place is so refreshing you may reminisce anything , remembering old stuff and old days . its good to do that .

Hello bunso! I guess the only time I wanted a quite place is when I am doing some articles,lol! I don't want some interruptions when I write 'cause I mostly do some research about my article. But seriously speaking,I'll just go to my room if I want a quite place bunso or some place like a beach.
