I read one topic of mylot discussion tittled my mouth often heated. I am also currently suffering canker sore and heat in exactly the way he felt.I had already suffered nearly three days.I do not know exactly what causes it. As far as I know, I can't eat spicy food and it can cause heartburn. Then, lately I eat lots of mangoes and even I could say too much. My area is currently suffering from drought and strong winds. I add it is very hot during the day and very cold at night. Weather is not as usual. Do you think that one of the above could be a factor resulting in heat in. If you have any suggestions, what is the fastest way to heal ulcers and heat in. Thank you for your advice.

It's almost certain that you either have an allergy to certain foods or that you have a mouth infection, especially if you have ulcers in the mouth. The first thing you should do is to see a doctor. He will be able to diagnose what the cause of the soreness is and to prescribe a suitable treatment. If you don't want to (or can't afford to) seek a doctor's advice, the next best thing is to go to your local pharmacist and ask what mouth washes he recommends. A regular course of an antiseptic mouthwash may, in fact, be all that you need. Whatever the problem is, do not waste time wondering whether it's the weather (or whatever) which is causing it! Seek diagnosis and treatment from a qualified professional.
