what are your thoughts on salt therapy? they just opened a new salt cave near me for salt therapy and i think it sounds pretty cool and i kind of want to try it out. supposedly you go and sit in this cave for 50 minutes and it helps cure everything from skin irritation to breathing problems and inflammation. the room is anti-bacterial because of the salt and has very low humidity i want to try this what about you?

Salt Therapy another sort of studies for health? I think with so many sick people around the world, there are many entrepreneurs who want to make money out of this. I haven't heard about salt curing diseases, what i know is it's one source of diseases like UTI kidney problems and high blood pressure.
