What do you think when your isp and search engines have control of your traffic?

It should be addressed out in the open.When one was getting
traffic then all of a sudden it slows down.Because they follow
you around and know every movement you make.Does one think
that is right? I believe it should be a very interesting topic that others should be aware of maybe broadcast it on the news or post more places about it.
