Pimples!! How annoying they are in these 3 years

I really hate those little red things. I tried bunch of acne cleaning product, wash my face before I go to bed. And tried a lot of ways to kill them! But it seems that they aren't giving up! What should I do??

Hi TenzhoLee.. I used to have the same problem, I changed my diet and tried every face product on the market LOL.. but then found that if I just used a basic cleaning product and washed my face with warm water and pat dried my face- and using Bio Oil.. once a week, really did help me.. What should I not eat? I heard from people that eating curry, spice, oily food will increase pimple. Is that true? Did sweat will affect the factors of pimples? Cause here in Malaysia, we are having hot weather all day long. That cause me to sweat all day long. Thank you!

Hi TenzhoLee.. You know its funny you say that.. as I always avoided oily foods and found that it made little difference.. and Im not sure if youve ever heard but apparently chocolate is supposed to cause spots *which is NOT TRUE*.. So what I do is not OVER INDULGE in fatty foods, but when and if you do, drink plenty of water.. or healthy juices.. fresh fruit juices.. but make sure you drink plenty of fluids.. this tends to make a HUGE difference to me.! Hi _sketch_.. Bio Oil.. what I do.. is have a bath/shower.. and apply onto the areas that I feel need the treatment.. I wouldnt advise applying more than twice a week.. and as so far I can say that it has done wonders for me.. There is another product called 'MELADERM'.. I have only used it twice, and in all honesty its made the most BIGGEST difference to my face *it is quite costly* so I would strongly suggest, doing some research about it first to see whether it will be suitable for your skin type.. although there is a 30 day money back guarantee on it if it doesnt work for you.. You are focusing on outward symptom. Instead, try focusing more on the cause. One thing that you could do is change your diet. The healthier you eat, the healthier your skin will be. Taking vitamins could definitely be helpful too. Lysine is an amino acid which is great for the immune system and skin. The body requires it, but does not make it itself, so you have to get it from your diet. B vitamins are also very important. You really want to keep your immune system strong, so anything that helps build that will help you with this issue. And don't stress out about your pimples because stress can definitely have a negative impact on your immune system. It's a little ironic. And remember, if you have to pop your pimples, make sure that your face is clean when you do so because bacteria can get in there and cause infection, making the problem worse.

Thank you! I think the problem is, I hate Veggies.. hehe. Thats it, I am gonna change myself! Thanks for the advice! Anyway, will popping pimple cause scars? My mother keep yelling at me "Don't touch those pimples, It will make your face more ugly!"
