Judges Legislating from the bench is bad enough, but now our DoJ is trying it?

Earlier this year, Wisconsin finally got a law passed supporting the people's right to carry concealed weapons. It was a bill that has passed many Wisconsin legislatures, but the crooked old "King" Doyle vetoed them, usually followed by some lie filled "explanation". The law that finally passed includes language specifically barring any state government entity from passing laws or regulations more strict than the law itself. In a move that can only be described as breaking the law, the state Department of Justice (under Republican Attorney General JB Van Hollen.. who I have dubbed JB VanBama) has proposed a litany of regulations that directly contradict the language of the law. Now, I understand that the legislature passes laws, but it's the DoJ's responsibility to set regulations and policies on how the laws will be enforced and adjudicatory and see no reason to keep them from doing their job when it comes to this law. However, there is nothing about the state DoJ that allows them to set policies or regulations that require police offices, judges and Wisconsinites to violate the law. The very concept is absurd. What they are doing is increasing the number of hours and other requirements for qualifying for a permit. They want to require fingerprinting of anyone who is rejected, even before their appeal begins. They also want to change the requirements of instructors and organizations that train them. In other words, the law as it is written isn't good enough for these criminal royalty wannabes. They are willing to violate the very laws and state Constitution they have taken an oath to uphold. If I was caught committing a crime, these very people would exercise their authority to have me arrested and tried. So I don't see any reason why they shouldn't get the same "respect". They are nothing but criminals, no better than the people they incarcerate.

This is what happens when you allow unelected officals to develop regulations. the same thing happens at the Federal Level. Look at the EPA, they are going against the wishes of Congress. The legislative Branch of government must step in and tell theres agencies NO. The politicians love these agencies because they can say "that is not what we had in mind but they (the agency) makes the rules. No the politicians elected to represent us make the rules and have to have the backbone to stand up to unelected bureaucrats.

It's happening all over, look at our federal DOJ's behavior, ignoring some cases and refusing to prosecute while running operations like F&F. And Jesse Jackson Jr. says the constitution needs to be suspended in order to create jobs. Obama wants to go around Congress for his "jobs" bill...can you see a pattern here? State and federal corruption that maybe isn't new but they won't bother to hide it anymore.
