What kind of fruits do you liked covered in chocolate? Do you like it hot or cold? I love fresh warm melted chocolate covering strawberries, banana, and apples. What about yourself?

Yes, I have tasted diced bananas dipped in honey, decorated with diced nuts and poured over with warm chocolate. At times, I freeze this too. I have tried it with apple too but not with strawberries. Next mango season I am planning to try this with ripe mangoes

I work part time at events and the chocolate fountain is something that's common in weddings these days. The fruits provided for guests to dip in the chocolate are usually bananas, apples, and melons. Sometimes there are pineapples too, and they are surprisingly good, in my opinion. I guess your husband and I just have different tastes!

I don't know any people that order that for the wedding that cost to much to do. I'm not having one for my wedding wedding, that money can be used for something out then fruit and chocolate you can do it yourself for a lot cheaper.

Well , just from reading this discussion and all the responds my apetite is awake now. In my country , we have chestnuts (I think it is brought from abroad ) at november and december. If you learn how to boil the chestnuts and pill them , it makes an exelent snack and I think covering it with chocolate will be a BLAST of taste !!! We used to melt chocolate and put some banana pieces in it , apple , pear , walnuts actually everything is good in it's own way. I just love them all. btw , a nice chocolate can also be a hunny mixed with a cocoa powder. It is more healthy.

I hate honey nor matter how healthy it is. Actually dark chocolate is good for you. I don't do cocoa powder I get the chips and melt then in a pot. But I hate dark chocolate so I only buy milk or maybe semi-sweet some times. We do a nut roasting in the US as well lots of families do that. We don't do it but there are shops that you can get them seasoned and cooked already and they are still warm when they give them to you.

I like strawberries, banana, pears and orange bits. I love to make a sort of fruit and chocolate fondue when I have visitors. Depending on the time of the years is the kind of fruits I place to cover with chocolate. But for me, straberries are still the best.

I think a lot of fruit goes really well with melted chocolate actually. Chocolate fondue with a few different fruits is really good, for instance. But if I can go for just one fruit I would definitely pick strawberries, they go with chocolate just wonderfully.

I really love chocolate fountains and there's like a whole fountain of chocolate simply pouring down right in front of your face with all different types of fruit surrounding the fountain. My relative had a chocolate fountain and I simply just stood in front of it all day and dipping all the strawberries under all that chocolate goodness. I also like dipping marshmallows in chocolate too. But I reckon the best fruit for chocolate are strawberries, they taste simply divine! I have tried rock melon and that's quite nice too! I have never tried banana but I might one day.

Bananas are really good with some nuts and then you freeze them so, so so good. I like marshmallows too in chocolate as well as apples and rice crispy treats those are good in them too as long as the chocolate is warm is when I find its best.

I love bananas covered with chocolate. I'm addicted to it. It's the only fruit I've tasted with chocolate. But I think I'm going to love chocolate covered strawberries too, because I love strawberries. :)

You'll love strawberries covered in chocolate. Have you tried chocolate covered bananas with nuts? Apples are really good with chocolate too but only red apples I'm not sure about green apples yet.

I always get the milk chocolate or the seim-sweet chocolate. I like it most of the time hot when the chocolate is first done I do like it cold but I don't what it is with warm chocolate and fruit it always seems better for me.
