I like frozen yogurt its much better then ice cream for you health wise. There is a yogurt places up here that does it for really cheap and you can't even tell that its frozen yogurt. Most people think its ice cream when they first eat it till someone tells them that its not. You can get all the topics you would like on it. There are other places that do the same where I live but they aren't as good and they aren't as cheap either.

I love yogurt as well as the frozen type.My only concern is I think frozen yogurt will not be as healthy as a regular yogurt.When frozen, probiotics or good bacteria will die.Thus frozen type does not serve it's own purpose; to increase good bacteria in our digestive system.It's healthier than ice cream though.

Yes but the process of freezing it can cause good bacterias to die.Inorder for bacterias to thrive there must be a certain temperature to be maintain.

Bacterias don't die in cold temps the bacterias freeze they don't die specially food bacterias. Body bacterias that is made inside of us yes they will die in cold weather. We get bacterias every day from everything we touch to eat so we always have them in us at all temps.

Frozen yogurt is like water nothing is changed just been made cold that is. All the same things are sill in it frozen or not it still has the same health benefits.

Yes it is a lot healthier for you then ice cream is. It does taste a lot like ice cream but lighter.

I actually have not had frozen yogurt in some time. We had a chain of places around here several years ago called TCBY frozen yogurt, and my wife and I used to go there sometimes and get some ice cream once in a while. Then for some reason they all closed down. I think they are still around in some areas but not around here. I don't think I have had frozen yogurt since they shut down.

I remember TCBY when I as little. We have Orange Leaf up here which is like a TBCY. I use to love going and there and getting some frozen yogurt. At least there is something kind of like it now.

Yes, i like yogurt when it is frozen also.
I don't like the taste when it is not frozen so,I always put in the freezer to make froze before eating.
It is also good for our health and healtier than ice cream.

Oh that is different. The yogurt i"m talking about is nearly ice cream its not yogurt you buy at the store. You got to a place that service soft service frozen yogurt but it the same concept but normally the stuff from the store isn't as good as a place that does it. The place I go to makes chocolate and stuff.

Yes, Frozen yogurt is one of my favorite food item. The place where I lived was very famous for it's yogurt. The Royal Families used to order the yogurt from here and eat them so the name was given " Zo Zo Dhauu" (local language,meaning-king's yogurt).
Frozen Yogurt is best to eat before 12 pm. It helps to improve our digestive system by placing useful bacteria inside our intestine.
It is tasty,healthy and cheap too. So I love Yogurt!

Your yogurt place doesn't open till new but we are bible area so that makes a lot of scenes for all that live where I live. It is really good and yummy when done right.
