could you give me some ideas about my composition?

The ordinary people,I think,are more the cause of environmental destruction.Here in my country the government does its job.It makes law about the environmental protection,but the people don't seen to follow.They still throw garbages anywhere and cut down trees indiscriminately.

Ordinary people plays a major role in protecting environment. Government is doing it's duty by putting many rules like ban on polythene bags,plant trees at home etc. We the ordinary people never listen to rules and do everything as granted. If every individual understand that it's their duty to plant trees,not to use plastic bag,use public transport etc,then no need for government rule. If each and every individual understand their duty then we can build a pollution less environment.

I guess both should be responsible, as the government cannot force laws on people who don´t care about environment protection. Everyone of us affect our surroundings and children do like the grown ups do, so we are also responsible to give them a good example and teach them to respect our neighborhood and keep this world as clean as possible.

Both government and its people should be responsible with environment protection.Laws and regulation implement by the government is non sense if its people don't follow it.Unity and cooperation is needed to make things like this possible.
