I think that a boss who does not give loans to his/her employees, he or she is a stingy boss. He or she is a stingy who does not care about the lives of others. I think the money which we borrowed would be deducted at the time of payday. What is your opinion about a boss who does not give loans to his/her employees?

Where I use to work it was a company policy that the company does not issue personal loans to employees. I can understand that some companies do this and is convenient, but I guess it also depends on the size of the company. If per se an employee left the company then they have the issue of having to sue and or retrieve their money. I suppose if it is a small company and the employees was a long time loyal one they could make exceptions.

The company gave loan to employees and each employee ever got loans. The company issued new rules about giving personal loan which states the loan will be given under boss permission and names. Each loan of employee is reported to him and he knew well exactly who the loaner was. Every payments, his/her salary would be deducted from basic salary. I saw there was no points if the boss changed the rules which disadvantaged or disappointed employees. So if you said it had to do with loyalty, every one in the company work more than regular time and they were not paid for long hours to my concern. I just think it's not fair for employees not allowed to get loan as it is not real loan. It will be taken back by the company.

With the additional information you listed I do agree that the boss should and can be more lenient. Maybe ask in a one on one meeting with the boss and explain your points. That might make your boss change their mind.
