What are the most highly effective ads to run for your website/blog?

Hi Guys, I have my Google Adsense account which is no longer active today due to invalid click issues. Are there possibility to recover my account? I've been reading on help forum about this issue but still the answer will always be no. I think personal impression from other member in Adsense might help. If not I will just use other alternative ads just like Google Adsense. Are they more competitive than Adsense.
