paypal doubt ?

I am an Indian having an account in paypal , premier one. In case If I want to send money to an Indian paypal account holder , can I go with that . I am having many article clients and would employ many people everywhere. I like the paypal transaction method to settle their dues. SO , is it possible for me to send money from my account to an Indian and non Indian account holders through paypal account,
Please clarify the doubt to proceed further

Unfortunately, due Paypal regulation to Indian members, you can't send payment via Paypal. You can only receive payment and now the balance would be automatically transferred to your Bank without any fees.
It is their regulation, though. We really can't do anything..
I guess you should use another payment processors if you want to make some payments..

You mean that I COULD not send the payment to any country? apart from India

For that you have to link your credit card with the paypal account. Unless you link to your credit card you will not be able to send anyone money using. And the latest update is you can only deposit money to your bank account and now it is done automatically.

but i am receiving money from online sites and the same is transferred into my paypal account
