health is very important to everyone...i want to be healthy everyday until i will be going old.i use to have a 4 pillars of health everyday.... 1.positive mental attitude 2.healthy lifestyle 3.healthy diet 4.take food suplementations. is this true guys? tell me what did you do too, to become heathy too.

The above said are very true. Having negative attitude will always give a stressful life and it will result in some mental disorder. We should always see problems in a positive way and we should eat good healthy foods. Health is wealth and without good health we cannot gain wealth. So it is our responsibility to take care of our health
