Yes, it is good for overweight. Walking is also fine for overweight. At the beginning stage of the exercise, the overweight may have difficulty in not having his muscle sore or joints pain, it is quite a common beginner symptom for overweight people, he just have to take it easy at the early stage of an exercise regimen to a much healthy person.

In your health condition at this time, exercise an proper diet is very important to lessen the possibility of acquiring some serous medical health problem. Cycling and aerobics are good but, you should do it step by step don't over exhaust yourself. Drink a lot of water and visit to a doctor nearby. You really need to loss weight in order to have much longer life. Be healthy and happy.

Whatever excersice you do is very good for you, you just have to start slowly and build it up so you can get used to excersing and also if you haven't done any excerise for a long time you could actually hurt yourself instead of doing yourself some good. Your hubby should visit the doctor first and have a check up so he knows what excersise he can start doing and get a gentle excerside plan to get him going on the right track

You should remember that any exercise which raises your heart rate is good for you, and will also help or you to lose weight. When you think about the health benefits which are associated with losing the weight, then there really is no reason for you to put it off any longer. I find that walking is one of the best things that helps me to shed the pounds though, because it doesn't really feel as though you're doing all that much exercise, yet you are actually burning calories which is very important when you're trying to lose some weight.
