How to motivate a person to quit on smoking?

Can anyone has an effective way on how manage on quitting on cigarette. My husband has been trying to quit but sometime, maybe because he sees his friends still on it, he's returning and then quit again then comes back to that vice. I don't know how to motivate him, please do help me, thanks.

How to be motivated to quit on smoking is you have to plan,think always that you have to quit,quit on your mine whatever you see other smoke...think to have quit,and also think that it will die your life and suffer if not quit..
plan to quit and always think to quit smoking..
