Should Congressmen have free mail?

As tight as the budget is and the US Postal System having problems is it time to stop the privilege of unlimited mailing for Congressmen and Senators. Should they get a set amount for mailing and that is it or should they use campaign donations to mail to the people.

I believe that it is high time that they will also be made to pay for the mails that they are sending through the post office.
Let us do this while the post office is still thriving. Let us not wait to act on this problem when it is a little too late to address it because, the postal system will already be closing its business.
So few are availing of the services of the post office mainly because, the cellphones and the internet are now taking over most of their functions at such a reliable speed and accuracy. Thus most of the services that they are rendering now are mostly for these politicians and government offices and functions.
