why are some recruitment firms or headhunters like jobstreet advertises job openings for another headhunter.? it was technically their competitor and applicants know better than applying in a recruitment firm. have you noticed that?

I've attended twice recently, I mean just while ago and last week. As of the moment I can't think about negative feedbacks with regards to recruitment firm. But honestly I've learned many things from attending that recruitment firm it is like the recruiters will teach you on how to kiss the @$$ of the interviewers. I enjoyed it and realized my mistakes as well when I am attending interviews. Now I am going to make my own script so that I will be prepared by the time that I will be interviewed again.

Yes they do give tips and pointers to ace your interviews but in my case, I already know those stuff. But it was good to know that you've learned something new from them. It was just a bit time consuming if you'll go through their process. Thanks for sharing!
