Help me guys-new problem am facing.

I am also at my second account here but I never faced a problem like yours. For me everything is OK, I mean I haven't been asked to login since months! I am not sure I remember my password I know what you mean when you say it takes a great deal of time to re-post what you've lost. It is so hard without copy/paste!

Hi Khare! I found that speed of mylot is slow even today. However, I have not been facing the same problem, as you have narrated. I know it is difficult for you to type the responses again and again, as you do not have the option of copy/paste, as of now. While logging in, I think you might have not selected the option - "keep me logged in" (if it comes on your screen at all) or you might have ticked on the option 'Public Computer'. If you have not done both the things mentioned above, you could close all the windows and could shut down your laptop/PC and restart it. You may not face the problem, if you restart it.

If you access myLot through email notifications that you receive there should be no problem but before doing that you should opt to 'stay signed in' once. myLot will open up directly from then on.

Sometimes I did have the same experience as you. Mostly, it was the problem of your internet line. In this situation, after your typing, you should highlight all of the words you typed and press the control key and the c key together to copy down whatever you have typed. After doing so, then you can try to post your comments or article. If you are failed to do so, you can log in mylot and return to the same discussion and press the control key together with the v key to paste whatever you have temporary saved earlier. This was how I were trying to recover my article all of the while.

Hi I am using firefox, they say that chrome is sucks because it eatens up all the processors of your computer, making it slowing the other application on your computer. However I find mylot seems to be so slow these days, maybe because there are all users that mylot is serving by all at the same of time.

dear khare, Try to follow fellow mylotters advise dear. I have net problem as for today and I called my ISP company to fix the technical problem because I don't want to miss mylot and friends discussions I hope everything is fine at your end now dear

I would recommend that you try saving your log information on your computer, that will probably save you some time. Unfortunately when I first started I ran into similar situations in which after spending so much time on a particular discussion/comment I would get an error message. Fortunately even though it took a while, by the time you reach you 500th discussion you will be able to copy and paste, but until then you just got to stick with it. I did and it paid off, trust me it is worth it, atleast it was for me. I do wish you luck and hope to continue seeing you here in mylot!!!

I suggest you to keep on making short posts until you reach 500, then you will be able to copy and paste without any problems. That is what I did anyway.

I think this has something to do with cookies. I am not really sure with it. Rather, you can try to run your antivirus software also to check if your computer is clean or not. Otherwise, reinstalling windows will surely help. I think the problem is not on the end of mylot. I think the problem is with your pc.

i have the same problem with you before..Not not everyday,unlike my office mate who experienced that one everyday, every time she logs in,That is wh she lost interest in doing discussion and respond here in mylot. Bu i always encourage her. Just try to clear tha cache and refresh before you do any action in mylot. have a nice day please dont be bored.I KNOW YOUL SURPASS THIS,.happy myloting

I also face the same problem for sometimes but I have noticed for the last two days not as much as I used to have. Hope it is temporary.

i had this before with internet explorer, less with firefox and now that I use chrome I have had no problems like that.

Well I don't believe it's browser related but when being log for period of time, cookies are being inserted in your computer which expires after period of time! Nothing to worry about as far I know!

So far, I have never faced a problem that is very meaningful for me since joining on mylot. Lately, the connection of mylot is very slow sometimes. I also lose the post that I wrote when it will be posted. I will repeat to write back. I think that the technical problem that we often feel could also encountered on other site, so do not give up.

Friend I think yesterday every one face this problem and I feel this was not net problem this was about mylot problem every time display error page.

Hiii sweet profile same problem facing by fanta every time disconnect the net. Die then again born then again die finally I decided to close it and die permanently. .

What you describe I do recognize but if I have this problem I think it's because of my connection or computer. I do believe this because I have (in time) the same problem with other sites. The only thing I can advice you is to quit and try it later again if everything works better. Working like that is just a waste of time and very annoying.
