Is the infamous Zodiac serial killer case (1968/69) solved?

In 2003 Christopher J Farmer, president of Opord Analytical, an intelligence company published his "Zodiac Killer report" In this report he analyzes the Zodiac's riddles and clues. He also shows how he comes to the conclusion that Gareth S Penn is the Zodiac killer. Gareth S Penn now lives in Seattle, he has 3 college degrees and a Genius IQ. Penn lived near all the areas where Zodiac attacked people. Penn's wife who was a teacher used the story "The Most Dangerous Game" for teaching her class sentence construction and plot structure. This story was a favorite Gareth Penn and was also referenced in one of the Zodiac killer's letters to authorities. Penn and his wife were season ticket holders for the Opera/theatre and a favorite play of Penn's was "The Mikado". Zodiac also made reference to The Mikado in one of his letters. Penn has good knowledge of ciphers, binary code, map reading etc. And Penn's Army record shows he is well accomplished with firearms, being an expert with rifle and pistol. Penn is obsessed with Zodiac so much that his third and last wife said he thought so much like Zodiac that it was scary. She also said Penn was a "very nasty" person. In one of his letters Zodiac mentioned "how nasty" he could be if angered. Penn belonged to "Mensa" an organization made up of people with Genius IQ's. He once made a puzzle which took five hundred Mensa members thirty days to solve. Penn and his wife were also members of "The Sierra Club". In 1970 Donna Lass was abducted from Lake Tahoe, never to be seen again. Six months later a postcard was sent to the Paul Avery of the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper. On this postcard was the image of "The Sierra Club" and it also had Sierra Club printed on it. Written upside down on the card was "around in the snow". Printed right-side up was the words "sought victim 12" "Peek through the Pines" and "Pass Lake Tahoe areas". All this is only a part of the findings, and Penn now lives in Seattle where his son and daughter-in-law own a restaurant. It is believed that Penn killed a young couple at Jenner Beach, Calif. in 2004, the couple were both shot in the head in their sleeping bags. Also in 2006 it is believed he killed two women in a park near Seattle, both women were shot in the head. Last but not least Zodiac/Penn is believed to have killed a nurse in Fairfield, CA in 2010.
