How to disable/hide the IE8 browser search box?

In IE 8,Microsoft built-in search box, built-Bing, Google and other search engines, search box default is adsorbed in the address bar. Well,for some users do not need this feature, you can follow these steps to hide and disable IE8 in the search box: 1.WIN + R to run gpedit.msc 2.Navigate to:Local Group Policy(local group policy)-Uesr Configuration(User Configuration)-Administrative Templates(Administrative Templates)-Widows Components-Internet Explorer 3.In the right set list, find "Prevent Internet Explorer search box from displaying"(IE does not display the search box) 4. Double-click set to "Enable" 5.restart IE effect No group policy for the machine, the registry can be modified: 1:Win + R to run regedit 2:Locate the folowing key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\InfoDelivery\Restrictions 3:In the right panel, right-New-DWORD32-named NoSearchbox 4:Double-click the key to a modified 5:Restart effect

You can use another browser and that will disable the IE search box right away
