I have verified account but it is limited.Can't understand what does it mean

Friends,I have verified paypal account ,but whenever I log into my account there I find a red alert which shows your account is limited.I tried several times to resolve the issue ,but failed in every occasion.Can you please help me out of this?
And if my account remains limited then what will be the major problems I have to face?

I am not sure how to resolve your issue. Have you written to PayPal? If you have written to them, write again until they give you and answer. Did you check out PayPal's FAQ page. That might help. Good luck.

Have you tried to submit all the necessary documents to paypal? This happened to me before. I had verified account, and I gave them my credit card details but my account was still limited. It turned out they need my passport copy and household bill or invoice that is on my name.
If they don't need any documents, maybe they are just late in confirming your account. It may take a while. If the issue is still not solved, then you can contact them.
