I don't know whats happening with the world right now..its horrendous.the video was very disturbing..i couldn't even finish watching it..it was very terrible..How could those people ignore that dying child??....and reasoning out that if they help they might be sued and will end up paying the hospital bills..??ITS NOT EVEN A VALID REASON!! definitely no conscience.. i feel very bad for them..IF those people (in the video) who didn't help got also hit by the car and nobody bothered to help them..what would they feel?? ...

Chinese toddler?Ok,well,I'm Chinese,I'm so sorry to hear that thing.Every society has its sticking points,every thing also has stories behind it.Ancient chinese proverb goes:"Those poor must have done something wrong."and vice versa,Those hateful must have their poor things.

In fact,it's a top news in Guangdong Province,then became top news all over China.I don't want to discuss that China is good or not good,many problems would be found and hard to bear through the development period.Now,in China,there're many things need to tested,then corrected.
I think it's a normal human being character to help a kind and good person especial a child.You know,in China,some bad guys made use of this to cheat kind people's a big amount of money,then most of the chinese are scared of helping injured people bcz of they don't know whther they're cheater.So chinese are confused and worried about this.But I still think most chinese would give a help to those need indeed.There're also some moving stories in China.

hi chillmaik ,i am so indignant with those inhumane persons .i am chinese and i am sorry that it happened in my country.it caused by complex factors which you didn't know in our current situation.but I emphasize that most of chinese will lend a helping hand and those selfish and cold people is only a few.

yes i heard about an issue where people become confused if should they help or not in that kinds of situation because it could be a modus operandi and they could make a profit out of it ... I am not negatively generalizing the Chinese ..I am also half chinese...its just so scary how it turned out...there is an advantage showing that video though, if not many people wouldn't be aware that those kinds of things happen..i hope that sort of inhumane case will be avoided..

It sounds shocking. To think that peole ignored a dying child and did absolutely nothing...
Where Ilive, if a person fails to administer aid if they are in a position to do so, it is against the law.

it was in china i saw it on yahoo yesterday..its a brutal video..it was thru their CCTV...it was about a young girl..she was hit by a van and the van just ran away.. then few people passed by the toddler and didn't help..as if they didn't see that dying child along the street..then another truck hit her..i couldn't imagine how people could turn out to be like that..its just terrible and sad
