I am not usually drinking milk as part of my diet but now, I am obliged to do so. My mother said hat I am so clumsy and weak, she told me that it because I am so choosy in drinking Milk. I had poor bone density and low calcium electrolytes in my body. However, I am into drinking fresh milk since last month and I am enjoying it. I told my mother that she should introduced fresh milk into my diet way before for my own health sake. Huh. Three glasses of fresh milk per day, sometimes I don't like drinking but I need to drink and I need to love drinking milk. Any thing you can suggest for me to take enough calcium into my bones.

Milk is a very good source of calcium but it can also be found in vegetable like eggplant and malunggay(horse radish tree). As much as possible if i can't drink milk at least i could eat vegetables. We should drink milk while we still young to have more bone deposits of calcium for protection from osteoporosis as we get old. But we should take it in moderation to prevent high calcium in blood because it sometimes give as drowsiness.

You can also add yogurt and cheese in your diet.If you don't like dairy products, you can also take calcium supplements. It's also better to take it with vitamin D so calcium will be absorb and can be used by your body.

I've been drinking milk at breakfast for about eleven years. But I am still weak, and often get sick =( I think milk doesnt work for me. Here's a tip, while drinking milk, you'd better eating some bread or cookies, they will help the absorption of the calcium in the milk.If u drink milk with nothing, it will be idle.

Milk alone is not enough. The calcium in the milk needs to be absorbed for which you need vitamin D. You can take cod liver pearls which will do the job. Even morning sunlight contains vitamin D.

To get stronger bones, there is also another way that is drink more bone soup if possible. Here in our place, we like to drink pig bone soup and it tastes good. Usually when we make pig bone soup, we would add some other stuff inside, like turnip and dried mushroom, etc. You may give it a try if you are interested. Take care, koneho.
