All Out War in the Philippines

Recently, MILF group killed about 19 people as a demonstration of their hatred or anger to the government. It was just this morning when former President Erap Estrada said that if he still the president now, he will issue an all-out war against MILF.
How about you, if you were the president would do the same? Why or Why not?

Man, but that acronym for a terror group wouldn't be taken seriously in the US.. but it would command attention! :~D

Killing people as a "demonstration" is terrorism in my estimation. No matter how fed up you are with government, unless that government is actually tyrannical and murdering and enslaving people, violence is absolutely uncalled for.
I'm not sure about "war" though. I don't know a whole lot about the issues there.
