Does anyone have trouble verifying phone in Elance.com?

Are you familiar with www.elance.com? where you can work online.. I passed their exam but I had problem verifying my phone number in Elance. I've tried it many times now but it seems like it always failed. Need help!!!

I don't hv problem with that. Whenever I hv questions, I wld normally email its support staff and they r generally quite prompt in responding.
