Importance of breathing right

Many of us do not pay attention to the way we breathe. To stay in good health, breathing must be deep and smooth. Due to a number of factors affecting the mind, we lose concentration on breathing leading to irregular, short and jerky breathing.This in turn will affect our mind. It is a vicious cycle. Bad state of mind affects breathing & irregular breathing will have negative influence on the state of mind. To remedy the situation, we must consciously try to break this vicious cycle. It may not be possible for every one to practice advanced breathing or meditation. Simple breathing exercises even for a very short duration can have a positive effect and help remove stress, calm the mind, eliminate insomnia and make us cheerful. Right as you are reading this post, take your mind off and observe your breathing for a few seconds. Do you feel your breathing is as it should be? Is it deep and smooth enough? Keep observing the process by focusing the mind and you will gradually realize how good it feels to make the whole process longer, deeper and smoother! Once you have realized this, you would feel encouraged to withdraw from crowding thoughts & anxieties or even overexcited state and try to harmonize the breathing. Hi, pushhyrag2000: you are right, deep breathing get more oxygen to our blood passing through our bodies and so, to our mind,lung and maintain our bodies active, i read that before and try it for myself and find good results, also there is the fact for drinking more water get healthy body. my understanding that oxygen and water have a great and positive effects on the human bodies for getting out the harmful things contain in our foods. thanks a lot for your useful subject. my best regards to all

Thank you for sharing this wonderful thoughts, I will practice my proper breathing from now on to make my mind in stable process of thinking, I observed these past few days that I am having problems in making decisions maybe this is the result of not breathing well. Thank you again!
