What are the Best PTP (Paid to Promote) Sites?

I just want to know if what are the list of the best Paid to Promote Sites also known as PTP. I had known few buy I only earn less here. What I am in search for are PTP sites that has good offers and provide good earnings.

PTP4ever is better but you can`t use traffic exchanges because no one will accept that website. I am doing Donkeymails,Nomin and 1centmail,and it works but i asked for payment on NoMin and so far after 23 days i got nothing from them.I got paid 2 times by Donkeymails during that time.PTP works nice on 1centmail too but the min payout is 5 dollars there.
