As you already knew that, many Netflix members cancel their subscription since their price going up. Although the CEO sending millions of email to apologize his fault, it couldn't change the fact that most of our customers a price sensitive individuals. We all try to cut the cost down on every aspect of our lives right now, especially under such economic environment.
There were two competition I noticed about the movie rental and online streaming. Take a look at recent promotion on Dish Network, great blockbuster pass, they will offer every Dish network subscriber such promotion with an additional $10 per month, just like Netflix, they will send your requested movies or video games through mail, and you can also watch your movie online. So, I expected that some subscribers want to save money, they might cancel one of their premium package to cut the cost down.
The second one is Amazon.com, if you are prime member, a regular shopper in Amazon, they will give you a free pass to watch their online movie storage, just like netflix streaming service.
What do you think?

probably on a higher note.. nothing can do if movie distributor had increased their rates..in prices..so Netflix have to increase their fees too..
