Did you feel sad for Wilson?

I didn't feel for him as much as I did for the Tom Hanks character for having lost his friend now. Then,almost as quickly all seemed alright since he was moving on now back to civilization to have people with him again. There was something about the loss that did tug at my heart though. aha i love this discussion!! lol i cried my eyes out when tom hanks lost wilson, i mean i literally cried my eyes out!! but not just because it was physically moving to watch.. it was the sort of pyscological side of it too.. that he had completely no one around him, and fixiated his lonliness on a ball, and it was what kept him together.. but with the ball gone, he would unravel! very sad lol!

Of course, I felt for Wilson. May be an inanimate object, but. It has kept aloft the low lying spirit of Tom Hanks. Had I been the director, I would have shown Tom Hanks picking up Wilson and pressed to his heart.[b][/b]

If that is what happened to me to be a stranger or alien on the "No man is an Island" i will do it the same.... I think it is more lucky for Tom Hanks because Internet is not booming on those years.... if i were a victim of lost.... i can't live without internet and cellphone.... i can't do reply messages..... all will be pending.....

Wilson drowned? I thought he drifted away and was later picked up by a beach boy. After a trip the local zoo made out across country with this music group but was left in road side diner. Last I heard he was spotted on the side of the road thumbing for a ride. Wilson we are sorry!

wilson is just a ball with a human face, however, it is the ball that make the man survive from the lonely island. so when the man set sail and away, the ball was still with him.
